The former First Lady of the United States has been working hard behind the scenes. Much to the delight of her audience, Michelle Obama announced that she will be launching a new kids’ show on Netflix.

Expressing major excitement on her Instagram post, Obama said that the new show. Dubbed “Waffles + Mochi”, will be an extension of her passion for healthy lifestyles.

“In many ways, this show is an extension of my work to support children’s health as First Lady—and to be quite honest, I wish a program like this had been around when my girls were young,” she revealed.

The two characters of the show will travel the globe, exploring farms, kitchens, restaurants, and homes as they cook healthy, delicious food.
